Maximilian Muenchhoff

PD Dr. Maximilian Muenchhoff is a faculty member and group leader at the Max von Pettenkofer-Institute of Virology and Gene Center, LMU Munich. His work bridges virology and immunology with a focus on HIV persistence and SARS-CoV-2 evolution.

• Established genomic surveillance platforms for SARS-CoV-2 in Bavaria
