Maurizio Ricciardi is an Associate Professor of History of Political Thought at the Department of Arts, University of Bologna. He holds a Laurea in Sociology from the University of Trento (1986) and a PhD in History of Political Thought and Institutions from the University of Turin (1996). His research focuses on the construction of political theories of social concepts, emphasizing historical-conceptual links between social sciences and modern political thought.
