Maureen Morgan serves as Faculty Director of the Child Study Center and Lecturer in Psychology at Wellesley College, leveraging thirty years of expertise in Early and Special Education. She leads one of the nation's oldest College Laboratory Schools, providing research-informed early childhood education while facilitating student internships, faculty research, and community engagement across multiple academic departments.

Dr. Morgan's scholarly focus centers on inclusionary education frameworks, social-emotional development for children birth to age 8, and implementing anti-bias/anti-racist pedagogy in preschool through third-grade settings. She champions play-based learning as fundamental to early education, advocating for institutional recognition of play's developmental value in academic environments.
As statewide coach for Change and Leadership in early education, she extends her impact beyond campus while serving as a Special Education Advocate for families navigating school systems. Her supervisory role encompasses mentoring student teachers and supporting Psychology Department initiatives through research oversight and curriculum development.
