Maureen Kehinde

Maureen Kehinde serves as a Senior Lecturer in Leadership, Sustainability and Organisational Behaviour at the Department of People and Organisation within Bournemouth University Business School, UK. She joined the institution in September 2017 after lecturing in Business and Human Resource Management at Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, where she also taught at the International College.

As an emerging thought leader, Kehinde specializes in interdisciplinary research bridging sustainability, responsible management, and organizational change. Her work employs qualitative methodologies to examine institutional sustainability implementation, corporate social responsibility, ethical business practices, and faith-based climate action initiatives. She actively contributes to global sustainability discourse through UN SDG-aligned research targeting Climate Action (SDG 13), Sustainable Cities (SDG 11), Quality Education (SDG 4), and Life on Land (SDG 15).

Her publication portfolio demonstrates consistent focus on environmental sustainability governance, anthropogenic impacts of energy systems, and generational consumer behavior toward sustainable transportation. Recent works analyze policy-practice decoupling in universities, energy consumption complexities across global income clusters, and youth adoption of alternative fuel vehicles.
