Matthias Mitsch

Prof. Matthias Mitsch holds a professorship in Public Service Law, Labor Law, and Collective Bargaining Law at the University of Public Administration and Finance Ludwigsburg, and serves as the university's Data Protection Officer. He previously worked at the State Office for Salaries and Pensions Baden-Württemberg (LBV), including roles as Government Councillor, Head of Legal Department, and Senior Government Councillor. His academic background includes a Doctorate from Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen and state legal examinations.

Teaching focuses on public management, financial administration, pension insurance, and cultural management programs. He also leads courses in the archive service diploma and master’s programs.
