Matthew Putz is an Instructor at Bethel University's Graduate School, specializing in Strategic Leadership programs. He teaches courses on conflict management, ethics, organizational systems, and technology integration in leadership. Dr. Putz has been with Bethel since 2008, previously serving as Director of Teaching and Learning Technology from 2010 to 2020. His expertise bridges educational technology and organizational dynamics, shaped by his Ed.D. in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University and prior experience as a pastor focusing on adult education and technology.
