Matthew Medlock is the Richard A. Schroeder Professor in Mechanical Engineering and Professor of Electrical Engineering at Vanderbilt University's School of Engineering. He serves on the Vanderbilt Institute for Surgery and Engineering (VISE) Steering Committee and directs the Medical Engineering and Discovery Lab (MED Lab).
His research spans medical engineering, biomedical engineering, surgical robotics, and medical device development.
