Dr. Matthew Lynch is a Lecturer in Pharmacy Practice at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), where he teaches pharmacy law, ethics, and professional development. He holds academic leadership roles, including Year 4 Lead for the MPharm programme and university lead on academic integrity, chairing RCSI's Academic Integrity committee. Prior to joining RCSI in 2012, Lynch worked in senior regulatory roles at the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland and as a community pharmacist.

**Teaching:** Leads modules on professional development, public health, and clinical research in RCSI's MPharm programme. Teaches across MPharm, BSc(ATT), and MSc(TAPM) programmes, including sustainability, leadership, and governance topics.
