COL Matthew Dabkowski is the Deputy Department Head of the United States Military Academy's Department of Systems Engineering. A 1997 graduate of the United States Military Academy, he earned an MS in Systems Engineering (2007) and a PhD in Systems and Industrial Engineering (2016) from the University of Arizona. His academic career includes roles as an instructor and assistant professor at USMA, with research focusing on systems engineering, decision analysis, and network science.
