Matthew Daum, Ph.D., is the Associate Provost and Dean of the Michigan State University (MSU) College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR). He holds an adjunct associate professor position at Clemson University's Department of Food, Nutrition and Packaging Sciences. Previously, he served as the Director of the MSU School of Packaging and Assistant Dean of Corporate Relations and Strategy for CANR.
