Matthew Cleary

Matthew Cleary is a Senior Research Fellow (2022–2025) at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law and a Lecturer at the Law Faculty of Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg (since April 2023). He contributes to the Heisenberg Project: Grotius Census Bibliography, focusing on historical legal texts.
