Dr. Matthew A. Collins is a Senior Lecturer in Hebrew Bible and Second Temple Judaism at the University of Chester. He holds a PhD from the University of Bristol and is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Manchester. His research spans the Dead Sea Scrolls, Second Temple sectarianism, constructed histories, and the Bible's role in popular culture and World War I memorialization.
