Matthew Silvers is a Professor in the Department of Health Science at Whitworth University, where he has served since 2010. He specializes in exercise physiology, strength and conditioning, endurance training, and aquatic running. His research focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cardiorespiratory responses, and comparative exercise methodologies between land and aquatic environments.
