Daman Hagerott serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Science at Whitworth University. With a career at the institution since 1993, he combines academic expertise in kinesiology, physical education, and exercise prescription with extensive soccer coaching experience.

His research focuses on structural and mechanical kinetics, exercise physiology, and conditioning/nutrition principles. He has achieved notable success in soccer coaching, including conference Coach of the Year awards and leading Whitworth's Women's Soccer team to a historic 17-3-0 record in 2009.
