Mathew Blum

Mathew Blum serves as a Professorial Lecturer in Law at The George Washington University Law School while concurrently holding the position of Associate Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). At OMB, he manages a branch responsible for developing federal procurement policies, regulations, legislation, and workforce tools, supporting critical entities including the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council, Acquisition Innovation Advocates Council, and Cost Accounting Standards Board.

His educational background includes a BA from the College of William and Mary and a JD from George Washington University. Admitted to the District of Columbia and Virginia Bars, he brings practical legal expertise to his academic role.
