Massimo Magni

Massimo Magni is an Associate Professor at the Department of Management, Bocconi University, and serves as Director of the MSc in International Management. He is also Faculty Deputy of the Leadership, Organization & Human Resources Knowledge Group at SDA Bocconi School of Management, where he previously directed the Organization and Human Resources Management Department. His work bridges academic research with practical applications in leadership and organizational behavior.
