Masha Remskar is an Academic Visitor (Researcher) at the University of Bath’s Department for Health. Her research focuses on integrating mindfulness practices with physical activity to enhance psychological wellbeing, particularly through digital health tools. She leads the development of a mindfulness-based intervention for insufficiently active adults, collaborating with Medito Foundation, whose app has 2 million users. Her work is supported by the ESRC SWDTP, with supervision from experts across multiple universities.
