Masai McDougall

Masai McDougall is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law. He teaches Contracts, Business Organizations, and Critical Race Theory, and previously served as a Dean Louis Westerfield Fellow at Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. His research focuses on the impact of legal procedures on individual rights, particularly for political minorities, and he advocates for reforms in American procedural law. Professor McDougall is admitted to the bars of Washington, D.C., Maryland, and California.
