Dr. Mary U. Henderson is a Professor in Business Administration and Business Management at St. Catherine University's School of Business. She teaches management, leadership, sales, and Business Practicum courses while serving as Faculty Internship Advisor for Business Administration students.

Her research focuses on business ethics integrated with Catholic Social Teaching, leadership development, and career preparation. She coauthored the book Start Your Career: Staging Your Internship Success in 2011.
