Mary Lee Brock is an Assistant Professor at Creighton University's Heider College of Business, where she serves as Director of the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NCR) program. Her work focuses on teaching effective dispute resolution aligned with Jesuit values of social justice and responsible leadership. She also contributes to university governance through committee service and Ignatian Mission formation initiatives.
