Nancy A. Welsh is the Frank W. Elliott, Jr. University Professor and Professor of Law at Texas A&M University School of Law, where she directs the Aggie Dispute Resolution Program. Her work focuses on dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration, mediation, and negotiation, with a particular emphasis on their impact on legal practice and procedural justice.
