Mary Halbleib is a Professor of Practice in the Department of Crop and Soil Science at Oregon State University's College of Agricultural Sciences. Her work focuses on creating professional development programs for extension educators, emphasizing evidence-based adult education, curriculum design, and train-the-trainer models. She leads the Extension Teaching Network to share teaching insights across states and countries.
