Mary Engels

Mary Engels is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Natural Resources and Society at the University of Idaho's College of Natural Resources. Her work focuses on island ecosystems, climate change, remote sensing, environmental education, and science communication. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Idaho (2019), an M.S. from the University of Hawaii (2003), and a B.A. from Colorado College (2000).
