Mary Eisele Slack

Mary Eisele Slack is a Senior Clinical Professor of Management at the Schulze School of Entrepreneurship, University of St. Thomas. Her expertise spans project and process management, employee/organization development, and emotional intelligence. She holds an EdD in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, an MA in Organization & Human Resource Development from Ottawa University, and a BS in Education from Iowa State University.

Slack has over 20 years of professional experience in training, course development, and project management, working with over 200 organizations. She currently teaches courses like Developing Talent and Project Management, focusing on practical application of concepts in students' professional lives. Her consulting practice specializes in management development, quality improvement, and leadership development.

Professional affiliations include roles as owner/president of Eisele & Associates, Inc., and adjunct faculty positions at multiple institutions. She is also active in community service through organizations like the Girl Scouts of River Valley Alumnae Association.
