Mary Crossan

Mary Crossan is a Senior Lecturer at the Coventry Business School, Faculty of Business and Law, Coventry University. With 12 years of academic experience and 16 years in industry (E.ON, Solaglas), she specializes in organizational behavior, internal management principles, and graduate employability. She leads large undergraduate modules (300+ students) and course management initiatives focused on student transition to higher education.

Professional engagement includes membership in the British Academy of Management and serving as Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. She acted as External Examiner at Oxford Brookes University (2014-2018) and chaired the European Conference for E-learning (2011).
