Mike Nelson

Mike Nelson is a Senior Lecturer in Property Law at the School of Engineering and Built Environment, Sheffield Hallam University. He holds a BA, PG Cert, and FHEA (Fellow of the Higher Education Academy). With a 16-year legal career as a solicitor and partner in a Sheffield law firm, specializing in commercial property, he transitioned to academia in 1996 to establish the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield. Since 2000, he has taught at Sheffield Hallam, focusing on law-related subjects and professional skills development.
