Mary Bartram is a PhD holder in Public Policy and Administration from Carleton University (2017) and a registered social worker (RSW) with an MSc in Family Therapy from Purdue University. She currently serves as the CEO of Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services in Ottawa while teaching graduate-level seminars on mental health and substance use policy.
