Dr. Marwan Mikheal Azar is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at Yale School of Medicine. He serves as the Infectious Disease Fellowship Program Director and holds expertise in infectious diseases, clinical microbiology, and infections in immunocompromised hosts. His academic background includes an MD from the American University of Beirut (2009) and a BS in Biology (2005). He completed post-doctoral research at Yale, followed by residency at Indiana University and fellowships in Infectious Diseases (Yale) and Clinical Microbiology (Massachusetts General Hospital).
