Marwa Meddeb is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Operations Management and Information Systems at Kedge Business School, where she has been employed since September 2022. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Aix Marseille University (awarded July 2021), where she conducted research at the Center for Research on Transport and Logistics (CRET LOG). Prior to joining Kedge, she taught for five years at Aix Marseille University's Faculty of Economics and Management, delivering courses in marketing, strategy, purchasing, and statistics.
Research Focus: Her scholarly work centers on contemporary operations and digital business challenges, with primary investigations in:

- Industry 4.0 transformation processes
- Supply chain digitalization methodologies
- E-commerce operational models
- Psychological empowerment in organizational contexts
