Martina Muraro is a Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, affiliated with the Ecological and Evolutionary Dynamics Lab. Her research focuses on the ecological, micro-evolutionary, and macro-evolutionary consequences of apex predation changes in Yellowstone National Park, Trinidad's freshwater streams, and Eastern Australian oceanic islands.
Her research interests span evolution, ecology, conservation biology, and interdisciplinary fields such as biospeleology and herpetology. She investigates topics including life history strategies, biological invasions, hybridization, and species interactions in diverse ecosystems.
