Martin Z Olszynski is an Associate Professor at the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law, specializing in environmental, natural resources, and water law and policy. He concurrently pursues a PhD in resource management at the University of British Columbia’s Institute for Resources, Environment and Sustainability (IRES). His research focuses on environmental assessment, adaptive management, regulatory compliance, and climate change litigation.
