Prof. Dr. Martin Wickel, LL.M. (University of Michigan), is a full-time Professor at HafenCity University Hamburg and head of the Law and Administration department. His work focuses on public building law, environmental law, and European legal frameworks in urban planning contexts. He teaches courses across bachelor and master programs, including Public Construction Law, Planning and Environmental Law, and Legal and Economic Instruments of Environmental Policy.
