Roles and Affiliations: Martin Webb is a Lecturer in Anthropology at Goldsmiths, University of London. He serves as convener for multiple MA programs including Applied Anthropology pathways in youth work, community development, and community arts. His research focuses on activism, urban governance, and digital technology's impact on citizen-state interactions.

Research Interests: Webb’s work explores transparency activism in India, anti-corruption movements, and the digital transformation of governance. His recent projects include the Jaankaar initiative investigating community advocates in Delhi and digital advocacy in southeast London. His research bridges theory with practice, emphasizing how technology reshapes bureaucratic interactions and social protection access.
