Martin Looney, J.D., is a Consultant Lecturer in the Criminal Justice Department at the University of New Haven's Henry C. Lee College of Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences. He has taught criminal justice courses at the university since 1997. Concurrently, he serves as the Senate Majority Leader of the Connecticut General Assembly, where he chairs the Executive and Legislative Nominations Committee and holds leadership roles in multiple legislative bodies.
