Dr. Martin Husovec is an Associate Professor of Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), specializing in digital regulation, intellectual property, and platform governance. He leads research on the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), designing courses and advising on regulatory compliance. His expertise spans platform liability, free speech, and innovation policy.
Education: Ph.D. from the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (2017), focusing on injunctions against intermediaries. Key publications include Principles of the Digital Services Act (OUP, 2024).
