Martin Höne

Martin Höne is a Researcher at the University of Bonn's Chair of Civil Law, Data Economy Law, Data Protection, Digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence under Prof. Dr. Specht-Riemenschneider. He pursues a doctoral degree in data law since October 2024 and holds an LL.M. in European Intellectual Property Law from Stockholm University (2023–2024). His roles include research assistant, teaching assistant for Property Law seminars, and board member of the Research Center for Legal Issues of New Technologies and Data Law (ForTech).
