Martin Franzen

Prof. Dr. Martin Franzen holds the Chair of German, European, and International Labour Law as well as Private Law at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. His academic focus spans Labour Law, European Union Law, and Private Law. He oversees the Department located at Prof.-Huber-Platz 2, Room TZ 115 in Munich. His research interests include international labour standards, legal frameworks for employment relations, and comparative private law systems.

Prof. Franzen collaborates with academic institutions globally through programs like the Japan-Korea Exchange and supervises a team of scientific staff including Christoph Boës and Manuela Deingruber.
