Dr. Martha Koch is an Associate Professor in the Department of Curriculum, Teaching and Learning at the Faculty of Education, University of Manitoba, and serves as the Associate Dean, Undergraduate and Partnerships. She specializes in mathematics education, classroom assessment, and validity theory, with a focus on addressing inequities in K-12 and post-secondary education.

In her administrative role, she works to enhance equity, diversity, and inclusion in Bachelor of Education programs and promote Indigenous perspectives across curricula through partnerships with the Associate Dean, Indigenous Education.
