Prof. Marten Breuer is the Chair for Public Law with a focus on International Law at the University of Konstanz since 2012. He holds a doctorate (2000) and habilitation (2010) in law, with expertise in Human Rights Law, European Union Law, and State Liability. Prior roles include temporary professorships at Tübingen, Hamburg, and Konstanz Universities, and the Claussen-Simon Lectureship for European and International Law at Europa-Kolleg Hamburg.
