Marta Rocchi is an Assistant Professor in Corporate Governance and Business Ethics at DCU Business School, Dublin City University, and a member of the Irish Institute of Digital Business. She previously served as Research Fellow and Vice-Director of the Markets, Culture and Ethics Research Centre in Rome. Holding a PhD in Business from the University of Navarra (specializing in finance ethics), she also earned her MSc and BSc in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. She was a Visiting Scholar at Bentley University's Hoffman Center for Business Ethics and co-founded the Virtue Ethics in Business Research Group at the University of Navarra.
Her research focuses on virtue ethics in business and finance, with publications in Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, and Business Ethics: A European Review. She currently chairs the Bachelor of Business Studies International program at DCU.
