Marta Rocchi is an Associate Professor of Corporate Governance and Business Ethics at the DCU Business School in Dublin City University. Her academic background includes a PhD in Business from the University of Navarra (Spain) with specialization in finance ethics, an MSc and BSc in Economics from Sapienza University of Rome. She has held roles as Research Fellow and Vice-Director at Rome's Markets, Culture and Ethics Research Centre, and was a Visiting Scholar at Bentley University's Hoffman Center for Business Ethics.
Her research focuses on virtue ethics in business and finance, digital ethics, future of work ethics, and AI ethics. Notable publications appear in Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, and British Journal of Management. She teaches courses on business ethics, finance ethics, and introductory business studies.
