Marta Otto is a researcher at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, affiliated with the Department of Labor Law and Social Policy. Her work focuses on the intersection of human rights, privacy, and civil service employment within European multilevel legal frameworks.
Her recent publication, The Protection of Privacy in Civil Service Employment (2025), examines privacy standards through the lens of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) and their influence on national legal systems.
