Aurika Paskar

Aurika Paskar is an Associate Professor at the Department of Procedural Law, Faculty of Law, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Her work focuses on civil procedural law, access to justice, and the application of European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) jurisprudence in Ukrainian legal frameworks. She has contributed to discussions on judicial reform, digital justice, and legal aid, particularly in contexts like martial law and migration.

Research Interests: e-justice, procedural fairness, ECtHR case law, and the right to a fair trial.

Publications: Her articles analyze trends in Ukrainian procedural law, the impact of European standards on administrative justice, and ethical dimensions of cyberjustice. She has authored monographs and academic textbooks on civil procedural relations and Ukrainian procedural law.
