Aurika Paskar

Aurika Paskar is an Associate Professor at the Department of Procedural Law, Faculty of Law, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University. Her academic work focuses on justice, e-justice, ECtHR case law, the right to a fair trial, and access to justice.

Her research explores the intersection of civil procedural law with human rights frameworks, particularly through ECtHR jurisprudence. She examines digital justice systems, procedural abuse prevention, and judicial reforms in Ukraine through a comparative lens with Romanian and European models.

Her publications span civil procedural relations, judicial independence, legal aid, and the historical development of procedural law. While recent articles analyze wartime legal aid, digital court systems, and territorial jurisdiction, her monograph Цивільні процесуальні правовідносини: структурно-функціональний аналіз (2014) provides a foundational analysis of procedural law mechanisms.
