Marta Chiarinotti

Marta Chiarinotti is a researcher and officer at the Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education (IPN Kiel) and Kiel University, focusing on gender equality, diversity, and career development. Her roles include Gender Equality Officer (2023–present) and Officer for Gender Equality, Diversity and Career Development at IPN Kiel. Previously, she managed gender equality initiatives at Kiel University and the Cluster of Excellence Future Ocean.
