Marlene Ågerstrand is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Science, Stockholm University. Her research focuses on the science-policy interface in chemical risk assessment and management, emphasizing how scientific data inform decision-making, the effectiveness of regulatory strategies, and the role of experts in policy development. She actively collaborates with ecologists, toxicologists, chemists, political scientists, and environmental lawyers.
