Dr. Marlene Neill is a Professor and Graduate Program Director in the Department of American Studies at Baylor University's College of Arts & Sciences. She holds a PhD in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin and has extensive professional experience in journalism, community relations, and public relations leadership. Her research focuses on ethics in public relations, leadership development, internal communication, and diversity in PR practices.
