Dr. Marleen Gillebaart is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social, Health and Organisational Psychology, Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Utrecht University. Her research focuses on self-regulation, decision-making, and behavioral interventions to promote health and sustainability, particularly through nudging and food environment optimization. She leads projects like Regio Deal Foodvalley and co-founded the Self-Regulation Lab, which explores habit formation, response conflict, and environmental influences on behavior.
