Dr. Markus W. Löffler is a researcher at the Institute for Clinical and Experimental Transfusion Medicine at the University of Tübingen. He serves as a national director of COVIDSurg in Germany and leads the Surgical Immunology working group. His research spans the interface of surgery, immunology, oncology, and clinical pharmacology, with a focus on therapeutic tumor vaccines and COVID-19 vaccine development.
