Prof. Markus Stoffel is a Full Professor and Chair for Climate Impacts and Risks in the Anthropocene (C-CIA) at the University of Geneva's Department F.-A. Forel for Environmental and Aquatic Sciences. He leads the Swiss Tree-Ring Lab (dendrolab.ch), a globally recognized facility specializing in tree-ring analysis to study environmental and climatic processes.
